Ryan Langston is responsible for the long-term vision and strategic direction of Pawnee Springs, a large-scale cow-calf operation in Nebraska's Sandhills, one of the top cattle regions in the United States. He is focused on building a premier beef cattle operation distinguished by quality and profitability through superior genetics, disciplined herd management, and highly efficient ranching practices. Earlier in his career, Ryan worked in private legal practice and then served as Chief Legal Officer of Goosehead Insurance (NASDAQ: GSHD), a leading national insurance broker. Ryan also serves as the President of N5B Capital and as CEO of Flathead Ridge Ranch in northwest Montana. He holds an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with his wife and their four children.

Shawn Jones serves as Ranch Manager of Pawnee Springs and brings more than two decades of experience in large-scale cattle and land management across the West. A fifth-generation rancher, Shawn’s approach is grounded in a deep-rooted respect for the land, livestock, and the traditions that define the ranching way of life.  Shawn's career has spanned operations in Montana, Texas, and Oregon, where he has managed extensive cow-calf and yearling programs in diverse environments. From overseeing large herds and expansive rangelands in Montana, to operating efficient cow-calf and yearling systems in Texas, to transforming and elevating a ranching operation in Oregon through strategic grazing, herd management, and disciplined financial oversight, Shawn has built a reputation for delivering consistent, measurable results.  Known for his practical, results-driven approach, Shawn focuses on improving herd performance, maximizing forage utilization, and building efficient, sustainable systems that support long-term ranch success. His work reflects a balance of tradition and innovation, with a commitment to maintaining the integrity of both the land and the operation.  At Pawnee Springs, Shawn brings a thoughtful, disciplined approach to building a premier cattle operation—one defined by quality, efficiency, and long-term profitability, with a clear focus on creating a well-run and enduring ranch.  Outside of the ranch, Shawn values time with his wife and children and has a deep passion for horsemanship, taking pride in developing exceptional ranch and performance horses rooted in true ranch function.

Samantha Williams supports the operations and strategic initiatives of Pawnee Springs, bringing a background that spans ranch life, financial services, and family office management. She grew up visiting her family's Century Farm in East Texas, where she developed an early appreciation for the cattle operation that her family continues to operate today. Samantha graduated from Texas A&M University in 2015 and began her career at Goosehead Insurance (NASDAQ: GSHD), where she held a variety of leadership roles. In 2023, she joined N5B Capital, where she supports both Pawnee Springs and Flathead Ridge Ranch in northwest Montana. When she is not working, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter.
